The
2005 season...
Our first season went very well. We
won our first game v Holton which turned out to be a great match.
In our second game we bowled out the Richard Denner XI for 37 runs,
their 2nd lowest total in 30 years! Holton got their revenge in our
rematch with a 6 wicket win but we followed that up with a 1 wicket
win at Tiddington. Our final game vs Isis
was well contested but Isis's batting proved too strong in the end
and they won by 6 wickets.
Anyway below is a complete breakdown of how we got on... |

Throughout
the season, there were 2 match reports written and luckily as Captain they
were my favourite games. The first game v Holton was an epic and we also
inflicted the second biggest defeat in 30 years on the Richard Denner XI.
